Last Updated: 24 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Learn2Drive platform, website, systems, applications, communications, payment services, wallet features, booking systems, messaging systems, and related services operated by Learn2Drive.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Learn2Drive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

1. About Learn2Drive

Learn2Drive is an online marketplace platform designed to connect learner drivers with independent driving instructors.

The platform may include:

  • Instructor discovery and search tools
  • Postcode based instructor matching
  • Instructor profile pages
  • Wallet and payment systems
  • Booking and scheduling systems
  • Internal messaging systems
  • Review and rating systems
  • Instructor verification systems
  • Dispute resolution systems
  • Promotional systems
  • Notification systems
  • Administrative moderation systems
  • Fraud prevention systems

Learn2Drive facilitates interactions between users but does not ordinarily provide driving instruction services directly. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all instructors operate independently and are not employees, workers, agents, or representatives of Learn2Drive.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Learn2Drive, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements, that you will comply with all applicable laws, and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Students must be legally entitled to learn to drive, hold any required provisional or learner licence, and be medically fit to drive.

Instructors must hold all legally required licences, approvals, insurance, and professional permissions required to provide driving tuition.

4. Account Registration

Users must provide truthful and complete information when registering. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.

Users must not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, share accounts, sell accounts, impersonate others, or provide false information.

5. Instructor Verification

Learn2Drive may request and review documents such as Approved Driving Instructor certification, driving licences, insurance documents, DBS certificates, identity documents, address documents, and vehicle documents.

Verification indicators are provided for convenience only. Verification does not guarantee instructor quality, professional competence, reliability, suitability, safety, or ongoing compliance.

Learn2Drive may remove, restrict, or amend verification status at any time.

6. Instructor Search and Matching

Learn2Drive may use postcodes, distance calculations, transmission preferences, availability information, and other data to help students locate instructors.

Distances, search results, and availability information are approximate only and may not always reflect actual travel distance, lesson areas, or live instructor availability.

7. Wallet Services

Learn2Drive provides an internal wallet system that may allow users to add funds, hold balances, make bookings, receive refunds, receive payouts, and process internal transfers.

Wallet balances are not bank accounts, are not protected deposit accounts, and do not accrue interest. Learn2Drive may temporarily restrict wallet balances for operational, security, compliance, dispute, chargeback, or fraud prevention purposes.

8. Payments and Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third party payment providers. Users agree that third party payment providers may impose their own terms, checks, delays, and restrictions.

Learn2Drive is not responsible for losses caused by banking failures, card issuer decisions, third party outages, payment processor errors, or fraud screening delays.

9. Lesson Bookings

Students may request lessons through the platform. Instructors may accept, reject, or cancel bookings where reasonably necessary.

Students are responsible for arriving on time, holding the required licence, being fit to drive, and providing accurate booking information.

Instructors are responsible for providing lessons professionally, maintaining legal compliance, and ensuring any vehicle used is roadworthy and insured where required.

10. Held Funds

When a booking is accepted, funds may be moved into a held balance. Held funds may remain restricted until the lesson is completed, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise resolved.

Learn2Drive may delay or suspend the release of funds where there are concerns relating to fraud, abuse, safety, chargebacks, platform misuse, regulatory compliance, or suspicious activity.

11. Lesson Completion and Automatic Release

Once a lesson is marked as completed, funds may enter an automatic review period. Funds may be released automatically after the configured release period expires.

Platform fees may be deducted automatically before instructor payout. Learn2Drive may manually intervene in any transaction where reasonably necessary.

Automatic release systems may occasionally be delayed due to technical maintenance, system errors, fraud reviews, disputes, or operational requirements.

12. Platform Fees

Learn2Drive may charge platform fees, booking fees, withdrawal fees, processing fees, promotional fees, and administrative charges.

Fees may be deducted automatically before payouts are issued. Learn2Drive may modify fee structures, introduce new charges, or remove promotional pricing at any time.

13. Instructor Withdrawals

Instructor withdrawals may require manual approval, identity verification, security reviews, and fraud checks.

Learn2Drive may reject withdrawals, delay withdrawals, request further documentation, restrict payout methods, or suspend payouts during investigations.

Instructors are responsible for ensuring that bank details are accurate. Learn2Drive is not responsible for losses arising from incorrectly submitted banking information.

14. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on booking status, timing of cancellation, dispute outcomes, platform policies, and evidence provided.

Learn2Drive may decline refunds, partially refund transactions, recover incorrectly issued refunds, or offset refunds against future balances.

15. Disputes

The platform may provide dispute systems allowing users to submit concerns regarding bookings. Users agree that Learn2Drive may review communications, booking history, account activity, submitted evidence, and platform records.

Learn2Drive may refund students, release instructor funds, split disputed funds, restrict accounts, or remove users from the platform. Platform dispute decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.

16. Messaging and Communications

Users may communicate through Learn2Drive systems. Users must not harass others, send abusive messages, circumvent platform payments, send unlawful content, spam users, or share malicious links.

Learn2Drive may monitor, store, analyse, review, or disclose communications where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform protection, or investigation purposes.

17. Reviews and Ratings

Students may leave reviews regarding instructors. Learn2Drive may moderate, remove, decline, restrict, or edit review content.

Reviews may be removed where they are false, misleading, offensive, abusive, irrelevant, or legally problematic.

18. Promotions and Credits

Learn2Drive may provide discount codes, promotional credits, referral rewards, and limited offers. Promotions have no cash value unless expressly stated.

Promotions may expire, be withdrawn, be restricted, or be reversed where misuse is suspected.

19. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Commit fraud
  • Manipulate disputes
  • Abuse chargebacks
  • Interfere with platform systems
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Scrape platform data
  • Reverse engineer systems
  • Manipulate reviews
  • Use bots or automation without permission
  • Circumvent platform fees
  • Move bookings or payments off platform to avoid charges

20. Account Restrictions and Termination

Learn2Drive may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations, or investigate suspicious activity.

Balances may remain temporarily restricted during investigations.

21. Intellectual Property

All Learn2Drive branding, systems, software, content, layouts, databases, code, logos, and materials remain the property of Learn2Drive or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, commercially exploit, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

22. Service Availability

Learn2Drive does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features, remove services, perform maintenance, restrict access, or suspend systems temporarily where reasonably necessary.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn2Drive shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, failed driving tests, driving incidents, instructor conduct, student conduct, vehicle failures, delayed payouts, technical failures, data loss, missed bookings, or third party service failures.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount of platform fees paid by the user to Learn2Drive during the preceding three months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn2Drive, its operators, affiliates, contractors, staff, and partners against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from user conduct, breaches of these Terms, driving incidents, legal disputes, or platform misuse.

25. Privacy and Data Processing

Use of Learn2Drive is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that Learn2Drive may process personal information for platform operation, fraud prevention, verification, moderation, payment processing, service improvement, and legal compliance.

26. Changes to These Terms

Learn2Drive may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform.
